FEMA Elevation Certificates
An elevation certificate is a survey that measures the difference in elevation between your home and the base flood elevation in your area. The data gathered accurately assesses flood risks to structures located in a flood hazard area. When completed, the F.E.M.A. form includes: flood zone designation, base flood elevation, structure elevations, elevations adjacent to structure, structure type (slab on grade, basement, crawl space, etc.) latitude & longitude and photographs of structure.
